Alex Symon
Provides overall strategic leadership and guidance for the organization, ensuring VOP’s mission, operations, and growth align with our 501(c)(3) purpose and long-term vision.
Rett Kelley
Oversees the day-to-day operations of VOP, implements the Board’s vision, and leads organizational strategy, partnership development, and program execution.
Donte Blenman
Oversees internal operations, event coordination, member engagement, and logistical planning to ensure VOP programs and initiatives run efficiently and effectively.
Katherine Phy
Supports the CEO and Board Chairman in organizational leadership, assists with strategic planning, and helps oversee key programs, initiatives, and member involvement.
Lilly Parr
Provides governance oversight, contributes to organizational strategy, and supports VOP’s mission through active participation in Board discussions and initiatives.

Elected student officers responsible for day-to-day campus management, University of Florida administration relations, student government advocacy, and general membership engagement.
Rett Kelley
Directs organizational strategy, acts as primary liaison to the UF administration and Student Government, chairs general body meetings, and leads public representation across campus.
Donte Blenman
Manages internal committee operations, oversees the Student Director team, coordinates new member recruitment, and guides flagship event execution.
Katherine Phy
Formulates annual RSO operating budgets, manages Student Government funding applications, processes event expense reimbursements, and oversees club accounts.
Ella Morejon
Maintains official membership rolls, records formal meeting proceedings, tracks service point qualifications, and ensures university compliance documentation.

Dedicated student leads heading specialized operational branches that bring our campus events, fundraising initiatives, external partnerships, and social channels to life.
Ahil Mahendra
Coordinates campus-wide student recruitment, organizes tabling at campus events, and fosters direct outreach to veterans and military-connected students across the University of Florida.
Ashleigh Guenette
Spearheads corporate and community sponsorships, coordinates charity share nights, and drives fundraising campaigns for our annual Veterans Day 5K and charity pickleball tournaments.
Justin Cohan
Acts as university liaison to external student organizations, campus departments, Gainesville civic partners, and regional veteran affinity groups to build strategic coalitions.
Makena Augusta
Oversees internal communications, manages meeting logistics, supports member onboarding, and coordinates operational collaboration across director committees.
